Frequently Asked Questions
Can I choose specific worksheets here?
There is no worksheet selector in this tool. Prepare a copy of the workbook with the sheets and print settings you want before uploading.
Are charts and formatting guaranteed to match Excel exactly?
No. LibreOffice renders the workbook, so font availability and unsupported spreadsheet features can affect layout, charts, formulas, or formatting. Review the resulting PDF.
Can I convert an encrypted workbook?
Use an unencrypted XLSX or XLS file. There is no password field or supported unlocking step.
Is the output certified PDF/A or PDF 2.0?
This tool uses the standard PDF export. It does not offer a PDF/A or PDF-version selector or validate archival compliance. Use a dedicated archival workflow when that standard is required.
What is the upload limit?
The default limit is 20 MiB for one file. Check the upload area for the current limit. The server upload ceiling is 100 MiB per file; file complexity and processing time can also limit conversion.
Where are files processed and when are they removed?
This tool uploads files to Zutilium's server for processing. After a successful conversion, uploads are scheduled for deletion after about one minute and generated downloads after about ten minutes. Cleanup runs periodically, so removal is not immediate. Save your result promptly.
